      Great opportunity to learn operational procedures. Pay it great and make it worth it. Challenging work but is professionally rewarding.

      Cons

      The only cons are the work life balance is not respected by management. It’s difficult to feel accomplished with so many problems on a day to day basis.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
