      It has quite flexible working time and easy to take time off such as vacation days, sick days, co-workers are quite friendly.

      Cons

      This company does not have a good recognition program which may disappoint some of the people who are working hard here.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
