      The salary going into your bank every month.

      Cons

      Vital values are a joke. They stress these constantly and yet the management do not follow these ethics at all Lots of favoritism. It's all about the numbers. Management on huge bonuses. Everyone else is expendable.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
