Pros

Building Efficiency is in a very promising vertical: energy improvement and computerization of buildings. The vertical is promising due to potential growth and change.

Cons

The company is extremely inefficient in all its processes. Top management is quite unprofessional, and those with professional degrees are relatively inexperienced for their roles. Individual time and needs do not matter - vacations and time off are looked down upon, and even if one manages to leave, one is expected to be on the phone and available all the time. Global in this context means that you work round the clock!
