      Friendly people, interesting work, flexible hours, nice office, on site cafeteria.

      Cons

      Recently layed off a lot of QA testers with a lot of domain experience in order to replace with cheaper labour from India.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
