very good culture, team work. people respect each other and the management is willing to develop people and help their career growth
Cons
i did not see some obvious weeknees point of the company, maybe you can say the organization is not so lean enough but in the end the employee will get less pressure and more time to learn and develop the skill than some other so called lean company
