Pros
Johnson Controls has great vision and execution at a Global Level; The strongest divisions being in batteries and Automotive Experience (interior seating). Very good successes in Building Efficieny group as well.
Cons
The local branches lacks supportive management in some locations...specifically the training & supportive resources needed to be successful. No formalized introductory training like most large corporate companies would have. Mafia-like executive management drives fear into their staff instead of fostering open communication.
