      Pros

      Our center is a new Accounting Service Center when I joint in 2012. It grows very fast with a lot of challenges which also give me more opportunities to strong myself in terms of technical and personnel skill.

      Cons

      I was very enjoyed working at JCI DaLian Center. I have to quit my job because of moving to Canada with my family.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
