Pros
Great opportunities to move around within the organization. Very dynamic organization, good systems in all aspects of the business--engineering change management, manufacturing processes and controls thereof, and human resources.
Cons
The shareholder is king--if the year looks unproductive, there will likely be RIFs. Also, it is possible that if you're really good at something, you'll end up stuck doing that over and over.
