      Zero training Zero direction provided Large company problems with everyone having a hand in everything, very beuracratic Meetings always start late and end late Marketing resources nonexistent Culture, or lack of it. People don’t even say hi when they walk past you in the halls Insurance is non-existent mental health services Was hired to be a product manager but was a made to be a highly paid secretary for the other product managers. Felt like I wasn’t needed

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
