      There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company as long as you are willing to branch out a bit.

      Cons

      Pay is limited once you're hired on. There are caps on what you can earn with promotions - even when you jump several grades higher.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
