      There are no pros. This company is just bad

      Cons

      Long hours, compensation less than industry standard. No compensation forextra hours/extra days. Middle management has no decision power. Will terminate for no reason if owner feels like it.

      One big client guarantees whole company's income.

      Cons

      This place is terrible unless you like being "thrown under the bus" and being the "scapegoat of the month". They can't keep employees for long.
