1. If you have plans of working in Middle East this company and the scale of projects will definitely boost your resume. 2. You get to learn a lot.

Take these points into consideration before taking the decision of joining or not joining this company. 1. The first month salary will be withheld by the company and you are bound to serve 2months of notice period to claim this amount back. 2. If not the first point, your educational certificates will be withheld and you get back at the time of you leave the company which is the worst situation you can get into according to me. 3. There are deduction in your salary in case of degradation in your performance or any wrong quantification been submitted. 4. In my tenure of 1year working in this company there was two time where salary was credited late(once by 2days and once 7days delay)(as the company had not received payments from their clients is the reason I got) and there will be no formal prior mail been sent to employees to be ready for this delayed salary credit. 5. There will be increment given based on your performance, but you will be bound to not resign from the company for the next 6months. Or else the increment amount will be adjusted with your final settlement amount. 6. There is no overtime payment. Employees work for even 10hours a day at times and even on Sunday at times and reason the company gives is that the employees are slow in delivering the work. 7. Working in this company may cost you your physical health, mental health for few and your financial health too as they pay less than the other companies according to me. 8. About the leave policies there is no holiday calender been made by the company but atleast it was not seen to me. You are bound to inform a week before your planned leave, and in my tenure there was no formal reply mail sent to my leave application. And there are circumstances where we have worked on National holidays also.
