      It’s very clear that any upward trajectory is based on who the managers like, and not on merit. If you’re a black or brown person, you’ll have to work thrice as hard to get any sort of recognition. There’s a lot of passive aggression and back stabbing . Wouldn’t recommend working here at all!

      Surrounded by like minded and motivated people. Flexible working. Kind and supportive supervisor. Room for growth, not only in terms of promotion but also in terms of learning.

      Cons

      Some people work too much and you feel the pressure to do the same. When I would do Short Term Technical Assistance, I was often working 12 hours days.
