Learned basic selling skills, offered trainings, lower level management made it worth staying,
Cons
Worked ALL weekends, no vacation time or sick time for part time employees, and it was taken away if you moved down to part time (even though it was earned), NO raises, No bonuses, feedback was ALWAYS negative from senior management, employee feedback was hardly used or taken into account
