There are opportunities for advancement.

Cons

The management team have no respect for the employees. They will overwork and underpay until exhaustion. Expressing concern or setting boundaries is frowned upon. If you disagree with management, they retaliate. There’s always opportunities for a reason - no one stays, but Bullies thrive. Don’t bother addressing anything with HR either. It’s a waste of time and energy. Of all the companies I have worked for, I’ve never been treated as poorly. They’re always hiring.

It's a pretty fast-paced setting, especially during the busier seasons (Spring, holiday, etc.). Tight project deadlines can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, and things can get a little hectic. But it’s also a place where teamwork really shines, as everyone pitches in to get the job done, whether it's managing schedules or navigating any unexpected challenges.
