Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and I am pleased to read your positive experiences. We have recently introduced a new Learning Management System with over 150 courses for employees to choose from along with bitesize training courses and a Foundation Management Course to support our employees in their continued development. We do care about our employees feedback and we also carried out our first Employee Engagement Survey and will be carrying this out on a regular basis, to obtain specific feedback on what we are doing well and the opportunities for improvement.
