Good client roster and relationships made with clients can be very meaningful if you put in the time. Good location in union square. Office space is okay.

Micro management is a huge problem here that is never addressed. People are greedy and like to take credit wherever they can. They will take credit for work that they did not put in. Time here seems very subjective. There are people with the company for over 10 years and others that can't last 3 months. Managers don't seem to care at all about the well being and career growth of their direct reports, despite having multiple conversations about it. Little opportunity to progress and zero company culture. Very strange environment to be in every day.

Very young staff and not enough work. I found myself nodding off at times. Also, because of the lack of projects, there's a sense of people being territorial because it proves "their worth" to the company. Not very conducive to collaboration. In general just a very strange company culture. No sense of atmosphere. Just a bunch of strangers keeping to themselves and not talking with each other. The pay is pretty bad, too.
