      Pros

      There are frequent staff events to build relationships and get to know others, the firm is trying hard to improve - but I think they are not sure what they are improving

      Cons

      Poor culture and bad attitude from senior staff which allows less senior staff to think that behaviour and attitude is acceptable in the workplace. Huge turnover of staff.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working with the people at Joelson, they are nice to work with and friendly. Work is very good and I get to learn more that helps me to develop skills. It is an open plan office and Partners are very approachable.

      Nothing i can think of right now.
