A Shadow of Itself.. - Sales Representative Joe Machens Employee Review

Long hours, young untrained, unfocused management. Overstaffed in sales with younger staff that leave after 3 mo and replaced weekly. Commissions are very low for 90% and sales are trained to hold money on the customers trade value to have a chance to make any extra commission at all. Very cutthroat between salesman. Company is cutting staff, and expenses to look for profitabilty as the sales have gone down since the buy out.
