Paying their employees 12-13 the hour when the competition is at least doing minimum wage then tell them they basically make 17 the hour because of online tips...they’re tips for a reason customers are giving those to our team they should not be part of the companies payroll. it’s unfair to your employees!! No diversity whatsoever not in their cafes not in HQ , pretend to care when really it’s all about the numbers , pretend like firing people is so hard even when the person has been hostile towards other employees leaving managers lost at what to do.
