Pros

This is not your standard entry-level job out of college. I am 8 months out of college. A lot of my friends that are at the same point in their career, sit in a cubical, are constantly surfing the web in between crunching numbers in spreadsheets. This is the polar opposite. Starting from the wide open environment in the Jobspring office. There is no hiding and there is no free-riding in this job. It can be very uncomfortable at times. but show me another entry level job where you can have business conversations with c-level executives of large companies, giving advice, voicing your opinion and impacting business decisions, you will not find it outside of Jobsping-- its extremely empowering. Plus its an extremely young culture, the office is a good time. Work hard play hard for sure.

Cons

This job is not for everyone. If your not up for the challenge it is easy to get burnt out. If you want a job, look else where. If you really want to kick start your career and put yourself on an edge, make the investment of taking the opportunity at Jobspring.

Pros

Young Money..... Get ready to make bank. Once you walk across the hot coals, you earn between 95 - 120K. The Crew...... There are no words. The most interesting, intelligent, & just plain fun people you will find. Happy hours, team nights, flip-cup in the office, black tie events, & a Halloween taken so seriously it's almost weird. No Red Tape..... Entrepreneurs & Innovators Welcomed That being said, full-desk is a difficult job. Not for the weak. The Training...... A 12 to 16 Month Sales Bootcamp. You will sweat. You will cry. But when it's all said and done, you come out a storm.

Cons

Rapid Growth and constant change. For some, this would be tough. Benefits.... Don't blow me away. Smile and Dial...... Happy Hunting. A blessing and a curse. You source and research your own leads, pick up your own clients, and cold call to get there. You learn to work smart and hard. Transparently, this is the most difficult part of our job. Once a recruiter masters this, they tend to take off.
