Pros

Compared to my previous jobs in sales/marketing, this one takes the cake. The first thing you will learn is that this isn't an ordinary staffing job; there are many moving parts, some more challenging than others. I've been told this statement and wholly believe in it: this is a real-life, MBA program or as close to it in the workspace. You will learn skills in relationship management and negotiations that are applicable to more than just your career. You will become a savvy business professional on multiple levels. Because of all the activity in the office space, the day goes by very quickly. We've all had the job where you are watching every second tick until 5 PM. This is not the case. If you are all about pushing your limits and being motivated by personal career growth, this opportunity is worth checking out. If you are motivated by others who are driven as much as you are, this job will provide that competitive challenge.

Cons

The intensity can be much more than you are used to, especially since you are surrounded by other hungry, motivated people. This is also a loud environment - you do not work in a cubicle. If you prefer to do your work individually and in a quiet space, this may not be for you.

Pros

Young Money..... Get ready to make bank. Once you walk across the hot coals, you earn between 95 - 120K. The Crew...... There are no words. The most interesting, intelligent, & just plain fun people you will find. Happy hours, team nights, flip-cup in the office, black tie events, & a Halloween taken so seriously it's almost weird. No Red Tape..... Entrepreneurs & Innovators Welcomed That being said, full-desk is a difficult job. Not for the weak. The Training...... A 12 to 16 Month Sales Bootcamp. You will sweat. You will cry. But when it's all said and done, you come out a storm.

Cons

Rapid Growth and constant change. For some, this would be tough. Benefits.... Don't blow me away. Smile and Dial...... Happy Hunting. A blessing and a curse. You source and research your own leads, pick up your own clients, and cold call to get there. You learn to work smart and hard. Transparently, this is the most difficult part of our job. Once a recruiter masters this, they tend to take off.
