Pros

This is really best place for everyone. I have got great co-workers but management team don't know how to handle tough situation and they never like to take responsibility for anything and try to keep themselves away while blaming to employees.

Cons

Work environment and annual growth is good at jobsdhamaka but don’t have flexibility in working shift.

Pros

BRAND name - As a fresher you get a perfect atmosphere to grow with your fellow colleague. Right mix of all age & gender. Awesome infrastructure. Also jobsdhamaka campus is really awesome. Defined workflow for every thing. (be it approval / asset or allowance thing) One stop solution for all you queries/complaints and those are actually answered unlike other companies. (Be it HR, payroll or any thing) Shift allowance is highest among all service provider (shift based projects) Cabs service is really good & its free (24x7 evry hour pick & drop) - no other company have this type of safe and convenient cab service

Cons

Inhouse training is a bit lacking. There is a lot of biasing toward who should be trained and who shouldn't. (depends entirely on management) Compensation is also less as compared to competitors. Your initial training doesn't guarantee you project in same technology. Some policies are jobshare-centeric and believe me they suck (but you will find such policies in all companies)

Pros

- Good Salary Packages & other Benefits (Health, Pension, travel, telephone etc), Annual Bonus and growth etc. - Attain capability to "run your own business" if you prove yourself. - Good amount on Paid Time Off - Recognized brand in the industry - President's Club Trip award, annual growth with good salary increament etc.

Cons

- Salary is quite low than some of the top most employers. - Activity > Quota - Need to be "in" with leadership - Focused on only a select few products - Several positions were filled without open interviewing
