Manager was strict Policys & procedures get stricter as time passes and this affects our relationship with our customers who dont see the real people responsible for their sanction . I was bullied & manager didn't do much to support me through the difficult times , I felt humiliated by a claimant , I currently work here my name is Holly am in my 20s and love partying tho gets rid of the stress I faced , you might see me in Jobcentre . No time for new relationship issues ( new partners )
