      Pros

      The company is more accommodating to the new generation of hires. They are better paid than those who were there from the start to 2019.

      Cons

      1) Management can be petty. 2) There is a huge salary gap between old and new staff. 3) There is constant change in policies...I don't mean yearly

      They have a nice work environment.

      Cons

      Petty managements, they don't your salary when you resign, so it's best to collect your last salary and not show up.
