The business operates in a very narrow niche within Global Mobility and Immigration, which restricts its potential for long-term growth. For Jobbatical to truly scale, it needs to focus on developing stronger and more diverse revenue streams. Because of financial constraints and restructuring, many talented employees eventually leave or are let go, which is not an encouraging sign for the company’s stability or future.
