Pros
I spent almost 6 years at Jobbatical as a full-stack developer, and I’m genuinely thankful for my time there. The CEO and leadership team are truly great people who care about both the business and the people building it. My teammates were smart, supportive, and a joy to work with, and the culture felt close-knit and collaborative. There was a lot of ownership, cool tech to learn, and plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges.
Cons
Like any startup, there were periods of change and some turbulence, but overall, it was a solid place to work and grow.
