- No micro-managing. You are truly given the control of your entire workload and trusted to manage it how best works for you! But they are still always there if you need assistance.
- Great Culture. Employees hang out with each other for fun! Events and holiday parties are genuinely looked forward to because we all actually enjoy being around each other! It is like a big family.
- They try to create the best work environment for you. Will provide you with whatever snacks and drinks to increase your productivity! (Tons of celsius)
- Fair compensation. They acknowledge good work ethic and reward it accordingly.
Cons
- Commute is not ideal. Wish one day a week could be remote. But they are fairly accommodating if you have commitments or family events pop up.
- It is a start-up mentality, so there is tons of stuff on your plate at all times.
