Pros
- The culture is very pro sales, upper management wants to make sure you have everything you need to make as many sales as possible. - It's a fun atmosphere, between casual meetings, company lunches, and a monthly poker game, it is fun to work here. - As long as you make sales you'll make money. The only thing that will prevent you from killing it is not working hard. - Great balance, I don't ever feel overworked. - Fair amount of travel but it's always been a fun experience.
Cons
- Traveling sometimes can mean a lot of standing. Invest in a great pair of shoes with plenty of support. - Like any smaller company, there are growing pains. - Their kegerator is for show and does not work. I got swindled.
