Toxic environment, management doesn't communicate with anyone or with each other. Improper planning leading to re-doing the same thing 30 times. Older employees are indoctrinated in a toxic way of thinking/working. Management uses fear to "motivate" their employees. Extremely low salaries even for IT positions. High-stress levels from everyone, a huge culture of fear leads to awful products and very unhappy employees. ZERO leadership.
