Pros

The salary was just about the only good thing. Some co-workers ok as well.

Cons

Onboarding wasn't really onboaring. You learn on your own and can ask questions but six months in I was still confused as ever. Which brings me to the not so great quality of the product. The platform is confusing to use, let alone help troubleshoot anything. Their motto is to just throw you in there so you can "learn and figure it out as you go". Except that doesn't work when you have no idea what to say to a client. It's embarrassing and stressful. This is the job that I was so stressed at that when Friday came I dreaded the weekend because Monday was around the corner. I hadn't cried in a long time because of how unpleasant every day is. Welp, this job certainly helped with that. Co-workers were mostly full of themselves with a few supportive ones. The "training" and help some gave wasn't correct so you end up doing things wrong and learning the wrong thing. There was a lot of loud yawning during team meetings. Just absolutely unprofessional. Some employees were let go, but I can see why. 0 motivation to do anything for this company. In the time I was there I had no idea who the CEO is. No idea why he has such great ratings here. Not once did he come on a meeting or anything for that matter. Not an email sent. I saw a slide of his picture and that's about it. It seems in previous years there was a big shift with the teams in the company and it's still a hot mess. Micromanagement isn't fun either.

Pros

Like any company there are some good, hardworking people there. Work is mostly remote allowing for pretty good work life balance

Cons

Just about everything else. Office politics and arbitrary decisions from up top seem to play a role in constant internal changes within the sales department. These changes effect room for meaningful promotion or even the ability to stay consistent in your current role. Management is entirely disorganized and communication is spotty/inconsistent. Product itself has its own issues, as does the internal software used to perform your job. The goal post is constantly being moved, commission structures altered etc. These factors and more combine to create an atmosphere that feels like a sinking ship that everyone is trying desperately to get off of.
