      Relaxed atmosphere, very helpful and pleasant co-workers.

      Low pay, a lot of paperwork. Lack of sound leadership. Hard to meet targets.

      Overall a very a supportive environment that promotes work/life balance. Flexibility with scheduling and realistic expectations regarding progress in work.

      Cons

      Not a clear path to promotion or transition for contract staff into full-time regular employment.
