Pros

Working for ApplicantPro is seriously amazing. Super flexible work environment that gives me an amazing work/life balance. I love how much trust the management team places in me to do my job the best way possible. Tools and training are plentiful. Management is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and their mentorship truly makes this job amazing. The core values are not just talked about but also practiced by every department. If you want a job that is flexible, yet challenging, which helps you grow tremendously, this is the company for you. Very fair in treatment of employees and benefits that you will not find anywhere else!

Cons

Placed the bar VERY high for any other employer. Once you work here, you will never want to leave.

Pros

-Great coworkers -Flexible work schedule, including working remotely. -Decent healthcare benefit -House Cleaning, Massage, Lunches -Opportunities for growth and new responsibilities -Great Culture -You will feel good about what you are working on because our product is fantastic, solves a real need for our clients and their users, and our clients love us for that.

Cons

-Below average starting pay across the board. Approximately 20%-50% below industry average, depending on the job. -Creative benefits like house cleaning are fun, but are just a tricky way to avoid more more substantial benefits like a 401k, bonuses, etc... -Company culture promotes growth and advancement, but does not reward employees for it. Even exceptional performance is only rewarded with a 2.5% annual pay increase, which is exponentially more painful when your base salary is already undervalued compared to industry standard. -Fantastic company culture and values, but when not followed by upper management, it leads to broken promises and discouragement for employees.
