Pros

Flexibility- Flexibility makes working for ApplicantPro work for me!  I am a busy mom with two toddlers. ApplicantPro provided me with a laptop enabling me to work from home or on the fly. Friendly- The office is friendly enough that I have often rewarded my kids by taking one of them to work with me. They LOVE these days!  Perks- From ice cream sandwiches, Dr. Pepper, to cold cereal: We have awesome employee snacks. Also, we go out to eat for lunch twice a week, paid for by the boss-man. We also get a free monthly professional massage. What could be better? Confidence in Their Employees- Ryan, our CEO, believes in an open type of employee rules/task system. Red-tape and micro-managing can squash creativity and innovation. I work on assigned projects but have the freedom to solve problems in a way and time that works for me.

Cons

The company structure is a little chaotic.

Pros

-Great coworkers -Flexible work schedule, including working remotely. -Decent healthcare benefit -House Cleaning, Massage, Lunches -Opportunities for growth and new responsibilities -Great Culture -You will feel good about what you are working on because our product is fantastic, solves a real need for our clients and their users, and our clients love us for that.

Cons

-Below average starting pay across the board. Approximately 20%-50% below industry average, depending on the job. -Creative benefits like house cleaning are fun, but are just a tricky way to avoid more more substantial benefits like a 401k, bonuses, etc... -Company culture promotes growth and advancement, but does not reward employees for it. Even exceptional performance is only rewarded with a 2.5% annual pay increase, which is exponentially more painful when your base salary is already undervalued compared to industry standard. -Fantastic company culture and values, but when not followed by upper management, it leads to broken promises and discouragement for employees.
