Pros

Insurance expensive, 401k, There are not any pros there is no money to be made. They pay you a base salary but after so many months your on commission.

Cons

They do not give you leads. No one wants to run in newspapers. You can't compete with Indeed or Monster, they post on their website but ask how many visitors go to the website. They post your ads on 50 job boards only but ask after a week if you have any left. You can not compete with other job boards.

We are a SMB but strive to provide competitive benefits like health and dental insurance along with a 401k plan and LTD. We also have fun perks like gym reimbursement and a warehouse club membership for all employees. We have a lead database program for all of our sales reps (including new hires all the way through reps that have been with us for over 15 years). We do ask our reps to make plenty of phones calls and to work hard. That is how all of our top reps succeed. Just ask one of them. If you had other concerns, you should have spoken directly with our Director of Sales. His job is to help you succeed and give you the training and resources that you need. His door is open for any of our sales reps and mine is too.

Pros

JobFinderUSA is a great company to work for because it is small but your earning capabilities are just as high as if you were working for a large company. This company offers a great management style, company environment and work to life balance.

Cons

No advancement opportunities because of current company size

Thank you for your comments, and we are glad that you like working here. We are a small company, but will provide additional opportunities as we continue to invest in our online product and expand our national reach, as well as increasing our presence in key cities in the U.S. through a balance of our print and online products. And...as you said "Great Pay". We don't have a cap for sales commissions, so keep working hard and good things will happen for you!

Pros

Great work life balance. Company culture has changed quite a bit over the last year in a very positive direction. Opportunity is exactly what you make it. Not for the faint at heart... entrepreneurial drive and passion is required to be successful in the Account Manager (Sales) role. Come hungry to win, hit the ground running while being a sponge soaking in all of the resourceful information. Not a hard sale or position for those who come with professional sales training and techniques. Use them... At JFU, we help many clients but you must maintain consistency through the ramp up, peaks and valleys. Great company where leadership genuinely cares about it's employees. Plenty of financial opportunity to grow with realistic first year expectations...

Cons

Company structure is flat. Small company. Professional role advancement is lacking.

Thanks for your response and advice. We are happy to hear you like our company and the work/life balance that we provide. You're right that the drive to work hard and succeed is key here, and we're glad that you have it. One of our main first quarter objectives is to add more team players that have that same vision and will add to our success. We are also investing in our website and trying to cast a wider net in marketing to potential clients so they can see what we do have to offer. Any ideas regarding additional products would be welcomed. We will continue with our ongoing training to help with your personal advancement, so look for some things to be rolled out later this month or in February. Stay hungry and keep selling!
