Pros

I had an accident at work and was suspended.I was told the matter would be looked into and would take three days.I tried contacting HR on various occasions but to no avail. Three weeks later, I was told I had lost my job by email!!! The communication in this company is awful and I would not recommend working for them at all.

Cons

Communication is very poor. I was told by email that I was dismissed.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
