Being a part of Job Crystal for the past 6 years has been an adventure - we have built our own Recruitment AI (she's known as Crystal), launched a bunch of new products (background checks, salary benchmarking, assessments, ATS, job seeker tools, etc), grown our team and grown our business! What a pleasure to keep being challenged and to keep learning, and doing it all with the most amazing bunch of people and hands on leadership.

The only con is that we work remotely. Whilst this is amazing, we don't get to see each other in person very often. (And the other small personal challenge is learning to step away from my laptop and phone)

I’ve been with this recruitment company for the past 5 years as an Account Manager, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’ve had the opportunity to manage and grow strong client relationships while continuously developing my skills and career. The company truly supports growth, collaboration, and learning. I’m fortunate to work with a talented, supportive team and a leadership group that values its people. It’s been a place where hard work is recognised and career progression is real.

sometimes miss the human element since we work remotely however we do have regular virtual meetings
