Homestead Job Corps is the worst kept Secret - Instructor Job Corps Employee Review

Upper Management does not associate or care about the students. Everything is centered around meeting numbers and going up in ranking at great costs. They recently went up in ranking but at a heavy cost. Many staff have resigned and students are left attending empty rooms with no guidance or instructors. There are many falsified documents and students are completed out of the program unprepared and just to meet requirements. Staff is under constant threat from administrative staff. Administrators rely on threats and bullying to get their way. Department of Labor comes down every year and sees what's going on; they even meet with staff and express their concern, but nothing EVER gets done. SO SAD.
