      The only pro was salary and benefits if i needed them

      Cons

      Terrible office culture Employees were talked about everyone behind their back No growth opportunity Management is a joke. Very condescending and disrespectful and micromanage everyone at the company.

      Knowledgeable Marketing and Sales team Exposure to the Accessory marketplace Salary Benefits

      Cons

      Poor management skills, lack of transparency in terms of feedback, and unrealistic expectations from new employees. I was let go from my position without warning after less than a month with the only reason being "I wasn't a good fit". Think twice about leaving your full time job only to be fired.
