      Knowledgeable Marketing and Sales team Exposure to the Accessory marketplace Salary Benefits

      Cons

      Poor management skills, lack of transparency in terms of feedback, and unrealistic expectations from new employees. I was let go from my position without warning after less than a month with the only reason being "I wasn't a good fit". Think twice about leaving your full time job only to be fired.

      Pros

      Full benefits Good salary The CEO and VP of Marketing and Merchandizing are really great- and they have great synergy together

      Cons

      They say there is an open door policy but, apparently there isn't one. No one cares to give you feedback. There is a fake cordial tone and environment. In my position there wasn't enough to do but were still expected to stay late, and act busy.
