Worse company I have ever worked for in my life. Management will treat you like you are less than human. The amount of favoritism here is uncanny to anywhere else I’ve ever seen. Please stay away, the turn over rate is beyond laughable. Also the compensation for the amount of work one will do in an operator role is ridiculous. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner here because everyone is used to playing the blame game on someone else and refuses to take responsibility. No matter what department. Then they wonder why things don’t work. Management is weak, scared, and clueless. Most of management have absolutely no idea what they are doing, and the majority of the time operators and supervisor have more sense than middle and upper management Also there is an extreme amount of bias against Americans at the company from the expats and harassment is rampant.
