Good people / but really bad top management - Mechanical Engieeer Jindal Films Americas Employee Review

The Indian management has no vision at all, they pinch pennies. But don't get because of this a bigger view on the real problems. They annoy customers because of their behavior and employees. Workers dont count for them. If people fixed things, because the Indians again took a stupid decision, the Indians ruin it again the next day, and again, and again and again..... Mainly because of only thinking to next day.
