They were growing the company.

Cons

The Films Business was a part of ExxonMobil Chemical. Once they sold to Jindal, the company went downhill. The company was run out of India and didn't listen to American Managers. They micromanaged every aspect of the business and had no respect for employees.

Company takes advantage of its employees, actively looks for ways to screw its people to avoid paying salary.
