Some of the worst upper management I’ve ever worked for. In the process of leaving. The owner has no care for his employees just the bottom dollar. His stores gets robbed frequently, he doesn’t care. He fires people for refusing unsafe work. The emotional well being of the staff is the last thing on his mind. No direction. The turn over of staff is wild. He needs to be reported.
