Pros

-The work environment is very clean and does not contain any foul smells (except the tuna) -There is little risk of injury -The food is actually really delicious and quite healthy -Half-off subs after four hours of work -Tends to attract a more sophisticated work-force than other minimum wage jobs, which means your coworkers will be easier to get along with/more fun -As a driver--and depending on the location where you deliver--you could end up making an additional $5/hour or more in tips

Cons

-You have to pay for car maintenance/gas -Occasionally a customer won't tip -The job is the same thing over and over again--but this is typical of any minimum wage job -It can be slow sometimes, which is very boring. On average, it's probably slower than most other fast-food restaurants. But you would be working most of the time.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
