      Nice managers. The other girls are quite pleasant. Not too much competition because commission is so low.

      Cons

      Management is a bit lacking. I think their parent company is going through restructuring so employee turnover is so fast right now.

      Decent employee discounts, nice time off, generally allows for work-life-balance

      Negative culture, difficult to work with the HQ who are very condescending, little to no growth opportunities and raises are very rare
