      Good product Some interesting projects

      Proper issue with diversity, across hiring, retention and promotion. Privileged white individuals prioritized over other team members by team leadership. There is also a tendency to launch too many projects at once, rather than uallow breathing space for each launch.

      Decent employee discounts, nice time off, generally allows for work-life-balance
