      Pros

      You will learn a lot, you will travel a lot. There's a very diverse group of employees (ages, races, nationalities, etc) and a friendly group of designers. Pay was great and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Lots of travel (this is both a pro and a con), lots of meetings, not easy to move up.

      Pros

      Wonderful design community who really care about eachother!

      Cons

      Since being bought by another larger corporation, the internal values changes and ALL became focussed on the bottom line. Whereas prior, it was all about the people and a very family oriented family business.
