No Training and No Help Along the Way - Anonymous employee Jim Henson Co. Employee Review

They offer little to no training and yet they expect you to be perfect and perform at 110%. They provide no constructive ways to improve your performance. Job responsibilities among the crew are not clear and also do not match what the initial job description was, resulting in taking on more work than agreed. There is little to no regard for employee's mental wellbeing, especially during a global pandemic and a tumultuous political climate.
